Celiac disease, is an autoimmune digestive disease triggered by gluten, which is found in wheat, barley and rye.
This can cause a number of medical problems if left untreated.
It is always best to try to find the emotional component for any type of reaction.
Use items that caused Celiac to flare up at a level of intensity of 8 to 10 on the 0 to 10 scale), such as bread, pastries, and other various items.
Please note this is a long session and even though it is considered an autoimmune disease, Lets treat it as a ‘reactive’ condition that can be de-sensitized.

The most common emotions that Celiac patients share is depression and anxiety.
The area of the solar plexus is where most patients of Celiac disease feel discomfort. Stress accumulates the most in the solar plexus area.
A lot of Celiac patients who are untreated manifest strong and rapid mood changes, anxiety, and fatigue. But when a patient taps on the recurring memories of when those emotions were prevalent the body calms down. After an average of 20 minutes of tapping pain levels drop visible by over 50% in most cases.

That has a further consequence of showing symptoms such as heart disease, high blood pressure and so on.
Simply put when you Tap you are deactivating the cause of the symptom.
